Adding A Workout

From the main menu click [Workouts][Add Workout]. The Workout Builder screen will appear.
From there start building the workout blocks:

  1. Click on one of the standard block type buttons, or 1 of your zone blocks to configure the screen for that block type. Then fill in the wattages/durations required for that block type. Clicking the [Build Block] button or press alt+b on the keyboard will build the block at the insertion point in the workout graph section.
  2. Alternatively if you've saved a component you can add the component to the graph by clicking that component's button on the components section of the screen.
  3. Continue building blocks until the workout is complete. Add the workout to the database by clicking the [Save] button on the Header section of the screen
